About the event
ECPR is an interactive workshop based on a foundation of emotional mutual support using:
- Connection with Compassion
- Empowerment
- Revitalisation
It allows for skill development and another way of thinking to support others and yourself.
ECPR is another approach to Mental Health First Aid.
Emotional CPR can be funded by NDIS.
Each participant needs to attend all sessions to equal the 12 hours of training and will receive a certificate of completion.
